“Classic Carrousels” Camp

Grades 3 – 5

Parents can enjoy a morning off while their children learn about life before ipods and the internet. Each morning participants will examine a different topic of carrousel related history. They’ll take part in numerous crafts and activities that explore the history, math, science, and art of this part of our community’s past.  Classes examine everything from the medieval origins of carrousels to the band organs that provide their unique music, and offer a unique hands-on learning experience. Reservations and prepayment required by first class; call 716-693-1885 to register or download the registration form from www.carrouselmuseum.org. Maximum enrollment: 20 students per session.
